Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Please contact us directly at info@tedsoveralls.com to start a return or exchange. 

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Teds Overalls cannot be held liable for any lost packages. 

Teds Overalls do not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be in new condition

Tags and original packaging must be intact

Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem! Just reach out, and we’ll help you get the perfect fit for your little explorer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
