At Teds, we want every child to enjoy their adventures in comfort and style. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free refund and exchange policy.
Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Items must be in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
