Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: At Teds Overalls, we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible! Here’s what we’ve got:

Australia

Aus Post Express (1 to 4 business days):
Orders $0.00 and up: $15.00 AUD

Aus Post Standard (2 to 8 business days):
Orders $0.00 and up: $10.00 AUD
Orders $150.00 and up: FREE 

New Zealand

Aus Post Express (2 to 5 business days): $35.00 NZD

Aus Post Standard (4 to 7 business days): $17.50 NZD

United States

Aus Post International (5 to 9 business days): $11.00 USD

Aus Post International Express: $25.00 USD

Canada

Aus Post International Standard (5 to 9 business days): $30.00 AUD 

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It depends on where you are!

Australia: Express is fast (1-4 business days), and Standard takes a bit longer (2-8 business days).

New Zealand: Express will take 2-5 business days, while Standard can take 4-7 days.

United States: International takes 5-9 business days, and Express takes around 3-6 days.

Canada: Standard delivery takes 5-9 business days. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yep! In Australia, if your order is $150 or more, you get free standard shipping. So, load up on those overalls!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey all the way to your door. 

Q: I made a mistake with my shipping details, what do I do?
A: No worries! Just reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to update the shipping info before it’s on its way. The sooner, the better!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Right now, we’re shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States! If you’re from another country, stay tuned for updates. 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: If you spot a mistake or want to change your address, contact us quickly! Once it’s shipped, we can’t change it, but we’ll try our best to help out.

Q: What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
A: Oh no! If your package is lost or damaged, let us know, and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right. We’ve got your back! 

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t have in-person pickups at the moment, but we’ll make sure your order gets to you safely via our shipping methods.
